Please join Jennifer Cole Conn at the “FARM* Table” as she will discuss nutrition ideas related to the Epidemic of “Obesetes (Obesity/Diabetes)”--the condition of metabolic imbalance and disease that ranges from mild blood sugar imbalances to diabetes. This is a 5 month series that will address prevention, management and reversal of “Obesetes”. October edition "Fall into Quality Habits" will focus on developing healthy habits to improve sanity, immunity, and energy levels during this chaotic time of year! We will explore more meal prepping strategies, lifestyle modifications & maybe even some Pumpkin Spice!
