Study Room Policy

Reservations of 1 or 2 hours will be limited to once per day with a maximum of 14 hours per week.


If there is no reservation after yours you may remain in the space, but if another patron comes in and makes an on-site reservation you must leave the study room immediately.


If you have not checked in with Circulation by 30 minutes after your time slot begins the study room will be made available to other patrons.


Not showing up for a reservation more than two times may result in the cancellation of future appointments. If you are not able to make a reservation, please cancel through the link in your confirmation email.


The person whose name is used to make the reservation must be present for the appointment.

At the conclusion of your allotted time, please vacate the study room promptly as there are others who have it reserved. Failure to do so may result in loss of study room privileges.

Staff will notify patrons of the time at 10 minutes before closing, and patrons are asked to vacate the room at 5 minutes before closing.
